Support Period and Security

This is a translation. If there are any discrepancies, the German version prevails.

Support period: Triplato will receive security updates at least until 31 December 2031. Until then, I will fix known security vulnerabilities and keep the app working with new iOS versions. Security updates are provided free of charge via the App Store.

Reporting a vulnerability: If you find a security vulnerability in Triplato or on triplato.app, please write to security@triplato.app. I will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days, keep you informed about the fix and, if you wish, credit you after the fix. Please do not publish details until an update is available.

How Triplato protects your data: no server of its own for user data, encrypted connections, AI access in the keychain and end-to-end encrypted in the household, no health data sent to AI providers.
